Born in the UK, he started listening to RnB and Hip-Hop music in his early teens, having grown up listening to artists such as R-Kelly, Dr Dre, 2pac to name but a few. As he grew older, he felt a desire to listen a different genre of music. This happened to be garage, which at the time wasn't commercial. Remixing at the age of 16, mixing Rnb and Garage tunes with Bhangra. This was initially for his own satisfaction, but as time went by, he found a desire to express his musical enthusiasm. In late 2001 the first website was launched, which many of you might remember, was a small one. To our surprise, more people were into the DJ scene on the net, than originally suspected. Following the first site, came another, which was a considerable improvement on the previous one. Then came this one; With a more professional and cleaner looking interface. DJ Evo's next major step was contributing to Alpha - The album, released on March 10th 2002 could have been found at http://www.pure-panjab.com.

This was one of many albums. In the future you can look forward to collaboration with major artists and bringing you the best in UK Bhangra. As always, DJ Evo is constantly striving for more highly produced and clean remixes for you to enjoy. Currently, the Drum n Bass scene is being incorporated into his music, and is listening to the likes of Roni Size, Congo Natty and Shy FX to name a few. Additionally, he is introducing my his own beats and samples to mix with, and as always, you will be the first to hear the mixes on this site first.
